Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use it in HR mainly as an ATS. It does get used by the company as a whole for payroll, ATS, and data keeping/logging. The business problems it addresses are helping make simpler a hiring process where we can retain old and new applications all in one place. It also allows us to record performance and make any kind of changes to the status, title, and pay of employees. It really makes the HR position simpler.
Pros
- Approval chains
- ATS
- Career sites
- Employee tracking
Cons
- Freezes sometimes.
- Can be slow/laggy.
- Updating the messages more frequently without having to click it to see if you have anything.
- Timely recruiting.
- Weeding through candidates.
- Data keeping on candidates and employees.
- Indeed
- Career Site
- Circa
Indeed has been a difficult ride, to say the least, but with it being the primary source of applicants, it has to be used. The career site has been very helpful and easy to use. The best is that it transfers information over so soon after being updated. Circa has not yielded much of anything for us, but the information transferred over well and accurately.
I have only used Paycor outside of ADP, but not from the human resources perspective. I was a regular employee there who used it to clock in and out, and check tax information. It was nice being able to easily access it over the phone rather than going to a computer as I was always moving in that job. ADP offers the same kind of simplicity.
