Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently utilize ADP Workforce across all departments within the Agency. We recently provided access to Department Directors to utilize for scheduling and time and attendance. This removes some of the time consuming processes originally handled by Payroll. It has been an asset to our organization.

It is my belief that the product can be scaled for any size organization.
Have not evaluated any other products. ADP Payroll and HRIS management tools have been utilized at the Agency for over 20 years. I have utilized the products for 15+. I am extremely satisfied with the product and continue to review upgrades of the software.

Support is the best! We have a dedicated team that is knowledgeable about the manner in which my company utilizes the program. They are always prepared to respond and resolve any issue we may face.
The program has continuously met the needs of our Agency. I find that report writing is a bit less challenging than it had been in the past. The Sample reports are more generous and allow for less complicated adjustments to provide the output we are seeking.
