ADP is utilized for our biweekly payroll processing throughout our entire company. We also utilize it for our benefits administration, annual performance reviews, and learning module.

For the most part, the process went smoothly. We had an issue with the original benefits implementation specialist, but once we were assigned to someone else, everything went great from there. It all depends on who you are assigned to.
