Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now across the whole organization. Our employees use ADP Workforce Now for time and attendance, benefits enrollment and administration, and to access company resources and policies. Our administrators use ADP Workforce Now for employee files, talent and recruitment, and payroll processing.

Our organization has greatly benefited from the flexibility of ADP [Workforce Now]'s software. It allows us to manage and organize employees based on department (or other factors) and use that [data] to make important decisions.

While it takes time and effort on our end whenever we make the decision to integrate with ADP, ADP usually carries the brunt of the work, and it's always worth the time.

While we benefit from all modules we currently use with ADP Workforce Now, the support we receive after implementation is often not helpful, even though [it was] guaranteed when we [were] sold the product.
ADP Workforce Now provides everything that an employer and supervisor could want. However, the service ADP provides is not always useful or attainable. This creates difficulties when we want to optimize the system but need support.
