Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I currently am using ADP Workforce Now for the payroll processing and taxes for each of the states that we are registered in. The problem that arises at times is that the time to reach a representative can be frustrating at times. But majority of the times I do reach a representative with no problem

Pros

  • The filing of the taxes in each state
  • Record keeping
  • Representatives at times that take time to solve the problem

Cons

  • Time limit in reaching a representative
  • The new program to make it more user friendly
  • Saves so much time in doing the prep work for filings
  • The cost is compatible within the realm of other payroll companies
We do not have this function
  • We integrate the payroll with our general ledger
The integration is one of the great features - it saves so much time. it is a blessing to have interface which goes right into our GL and records all the expenses right into our GL
This feature will save time where each employee will need to fill in their own time

In the many times that I had called, rarely had a problem- the reps take time with you until the problem or situation is resolved
It is a professional in filing payroll taxes. It is not that easy to know the tax rules for each state - that is where ADP comes in handy to file the taxes
