Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use ADP Workforce Now for human resource management. I use it to pull reports from the data base for censuses that I need for various reasons. I also use it to examine time cards, PTO balances, and benefits administration tasks. I also maintain a page for my employees to access any HR-related policies or information, such as a digital version of the employee handbook.
Pros
- Easy to use user interface
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
Cons
- Customer service
- Automatic signatures on documents
- Show hire and rehire term dates for employees hired and rehired multiple times
- Reduced the time spent on payroll
- Increased the time spent with customer service due to long waits
- Provides a link to a helpful forum (Bridge) for help before escalating to customer service
- Applicant tracking software
- Performance management
Applicant tracking software was used by my predecessors, but it seems fine. We just currently don't have enough job boards to justify needing an ATS year-round. My predecessor before me said that performance management on ADP Workforce Now was way to confusing, and incredibly hard to integrate into our workforce. We abandoned it after one year.
