Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for Recruitment, Employee HR Files, Reports and Analytics, Benefit Coordination and Payroll. The platform has allowed us to recruit, hire and onboard employees in a much less manual way. As the HR Coordinator and designated Payroll person at our company I use WFN everyday to hire employees, check employee information, look up payroll discrepancies and pull reports.
Pros
- Stores and organizes employee documents.
- Sends out news and updates to employees.
- Recruitment
- Hiring
Cons
- The termination process is quite clunky. First the manager requests the termination and then once it is approved it disappears, and you have to manually search for it to complete it.
- All practitioners should be able to hire employees even if another practitioner has started the hiring process; another practitioner should be able to complete it.
- I would like to see fewer overall errors with accruing vacation time.
- A better understanding of the cost of recruitment
- Insight into employee retention has helped us identify areas for improvement.
- Allowed us to eliminate the designated Payroll position at the company, resulting in cost savings.
- Synerion
It has been extremely difficult to integrate the Synerion Time & Attendance system with WFN. Initially we were told that Synerion was compatible with WFN but we have had nothing but issues with the two systems talking to each other and we have had many Payroll errors because of it. We were also told that there would be a way to link the two systems but that has not happened either.
