We use ADP for two companies of 900 employees in multiple states for payroll, time card card tracking and punching in and out, payroll taxes, recruiting, paid time off requests and tracking, new hire on-boarding, annual benefits enrollment, 401(k) changes with our administrator, annual performance reviews, goal setting, employee communication and event and other employee notifications.
