Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is the backbone of our HR operations and helps us to manage payroll, recruiting/onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, time and attendance and employee self service. ADP Workforce Now helps us manage the administrative overload reducing tme on manual tasks and paperwork, compliance and risk management, talent retention as well as data analytics.

Pros

  • Benefits - streamlines enrollment and management of health plans, 401 plans and other employer-sponsored benefits.
  • Time and Attendance - enables us to capture hours worked, manage schedules and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
  • Performance Management - helps us to track goals, performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • The platform's ability to automate and streamline HR processes, I believe, has resulted in a minimum of 55% improvement in HR operations and net cost savings equal to 43% of prior HR operations expenditures.
ADP Workforce Now has provided all of our needs and we are a midsize company.
The 100% error free payroll each pay period has been PRICELESS compared to other payroll providers we have used.

ADP provides a dedicated payroll manager. The first payroll manager did not meet our expectations but ADP reacted quickly when we voiced our concerns and now we have a rockstar payroll manager!
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for all businesses with 50 or more employees. Employers with less than 50 employees may not be able to glean all the benefits it provides.
