Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We use Agorapulse to manage all our clients' social media as well as our own. It addresses the need to have one spot to manage all these accounts and interactions.


  • Being able to tag other companies across the platforms
  • Being able to schedule the same post over mutliple days


  • I would like see the social media groups go in alphabetical order instead of me having to do that.
  • Reporting could be a bit more detailed for our client - no one really understands the ROI of the report....

  • Well it did cost more than Hootsuite, but we were on a grandfathered plan - it was between Agorapulse or Sprout Social - but Sprout Social needs to realize that small agencies cannot afford $1k a month to manage social. So it does take more out of our pocket but the benefit and ease of use outweigh us stopping use.
  • It is nice to be able to edit and delete and comment on users posts - with over 30 social media accounts to manage, it really does easy up the time.
Well, it was a combo of things - I had a grandfathered plan from Hootsuite which meant I was paying very little for our account - but that also meant the new features were costing me a lot to add on and I wasn't sure I wanted to pay the current rates with a sub-par system.

We then reached out to Agorapulse and Sprout Social. We loved Sprout Social but the price tag was ridiculous for a small agency - they are missing the mark completely. Plus the girl was a total pushy sales girl and was kept following up even when I said the only way we will switch is if you come down in price - I was not paying $1k for our clients whose retainers sit at $350 to $450 a month for social media. Their response was to up the costs - which I had to do anyways to cover our fees.

But with Agorapulse from the sales people to the support and you just nailed everything that was wrong with the others and made it somewhat affordable for agencies - the $499 a month converted is $698 a month and is a lot of money but I have slowly raised our rates.
It is well suited for a company that does have a large clientele - it is too expensive for my clients so I typically recommend Hootsuite.
