Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
Agorapulse is being used only in the communications and marketing department between myself and my supervisor. It helps us schedule social media and, most importantly, gather key data about our social media performance so that we can improve it.
- Scheduling: Agorapulse makes it extremely easy to schedule posts to a channel and cross-post them on other channels.
- Interface: the platform is very user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
- The send-to-mobile option for Instagram posts never works for me.
- The app is truly not very good; it's quite hard to use, and for some reason doesn't keep me signed in.

- It has saved us a LOT of time managing and scheduling posts on social media.
- It's allowed us to get key data points we didn't have access to before.
- SocialPilot, Sprout Social and Buffer
In the end, Agorapulse had most of the key features we needed and offered a non-profit discount, so it ended up being cheaper than other options. If I remember correctly, not all of our social media channels were present on some of the other social media management platforms, but this could have changed between our platform research phase and now.
