Usability

The dashboard is very user-friendly. I've been able to acclimate new users quickly and effectively through simple guidance and training.

The support staff is so quick to respond and help with situations. Also, if they don't have a quick solution right away, which is rare, they do a great job of keeping us updated about the situation and the progress until the issue is resolved.

Likelihood to Recommend

Not great at alt text and tagging on Twitter, but is very helpful in planning and organizing future posts and metrics.
