Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We're using Airtable to create exhibition checklists. This has been done using Excel in the past which is certainly not designed for this process which requires that multiple images be tracked with cross-referenced data. Airtable is the ideal tool for this task.
- Airtable looks like a standard spreadsheet but the features go much deeper.
- There's a good library of available templates which make it easy to get started.
- Collaboration is easily accomplished. There are multiple permission levels so you can be assured that the right users are seeing/doing what's necessary.
- The inability to wrap text in a table needs to be addressed.
- You can't perform conditional formatting.
- There's no way to connect databases to each other.
- It's had a very positive impact by streamlining our workflow.
We were using Smartsheet previously but Airtable is much more flexible and has so many more features. Well worth the cost.
