Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's being used by the department that I work in as well as across the organization. It's used to track roadmaps and releases. It keeps everyone in the loop on what we're working, what we have worked on, and what we will work on. It helps us communicate internally within small, independent teams. It helps communicate across teams and with remote coworkers.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use.
Powerful.
Fun.

It can be hard to figure out when you are first using it.
It's hard to communicate (i.e. make comments).

It's easy to use. However, when you are first learning it, it can be hard to understand what it can versus what it can't do.

Alternatives Considered

Trello and JIRA Software

Airtable is less clunky than JIRA, and it's more collaborative.
