Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

I use Airtable for my business and with a nonprofit that I've been affiliated with for the past 7 years. Across both, I've used Airtable for the following: database to track animal welfare projects, a media pipeline for video creation, a tracker for screening job applicants, a sales database, and so on.

Pros

  • keeps information streamlined and organized
  • easy to filter and manage views
  • excellent for sharing a webpage

Cons

  • some views seem redundent to me
  • It allows customization that makes it an essential component and the non profit uses it as a central system.
There is a pretty steep learning curve. I've been working with it for years but I still don't know how to link records.
I think it's way more robust than Google Sheets.
