Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Chime

We use Amazon Chime to communicate internally through both our corporate office and headquarters.

  • Shows Availability
  • Constant Updates
  • Sometimes it's a little too basic and simple
  • I've come across multiple times where notifications won't go away even after viewing all unread messages
  • Requires a lot of updates
  • It's been incredibly beneficial for communication throughout the company making it easier for all employees to connect.
I would say Chime is step below Teams, but manages to get the job done. Chime is more straight forward and simplistic and meets all our basic needs for internal chat.
I've only needed to contact support once and they were able to get right to the point and answer the questions that I had perfectly.

Sometimes it's easier to send a quick message to someone instead of calling or sending an email. It's beneficial when needing a quick answer and don't want to wait for a response to an email.
