Overall Satisfaction with Appcues

Appcues is used by my company to enable NPS surveys and for tutorials on our products. It is used across the whole company for all our products--three products in total. In fact, with the tutorials in place, our product NPS has increased over the last two and a half years.

It has a much, much better user interface, better customer care, and of course better pricing. This along with the fact that they were very accommodating for our use case ensured we went ahead with Appcues.

It is best suited for NPS surveys and for tutorials. Our NPS surveys enabled us to set up user interviews and then help increase our NPS over time. We use Appcues for our tutorials as well as announcements. All new features go through this process. And tutorials about those features are set up to increase feature usage and get feedback.
