Overall Satisfaction with Appian

As a Project Manager, there was always a member of the Appian internal team on hand to organise change requests to connect the Appian Platform
We have demo-d Appian with the Business partners numerous times throughout its development here and it has always been received well
Appian provides a service for external customers to register devices with the organisation for which I work. Currently, it is department only
  • Support for Project Managers from within Appian - someone always on hand to help with Appian experience
  • User friendly development team
  • Knowledgeable Appian staff on site to help develop the software and tailor for the clients needs
  • Some features are too rigid in terms of the Appian Runbook, and could be more flexible
  • Not yet clear, though it is expected to have a positive return on investment and be a significant upgrade from the system previously in place
  • External companies will have an easier more efficient time interacting with the agency for which I work, which should see an increase in use and registrations through Appian
Appian has a better support system in place for its software development cycle
Appian is well suited as a case management system for public sector due to its flexibility
