Overall Satisfaction with Appian

Never had any issues - any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Suggestions for improvement were always taken on board.
Appian is unique and customised for your business and its needs, so the look and feel is entirely up to you. This allows you to design a unique product to suit your needs.
Appian is used by a specific group in the company to manage a very large complex agreement with another company. It allows the company to manage its business process/invoicing with full audit ability and a clear picture of where each task is at any given time.

Pros

  • Business Process management - Manage complex processes across multiple groups.
  • Business Process management - keep track of where the work is at any given time
  • Easy to code and quick to produce a usable product - perfect for Agile development
  • Mobility - use on desktop, laptop, and mobiles

Cons

  • There could be some improvement in reporting abilities
  • Improved business efficiency
Limited experience with this product but did find it was harder and took longer to produce a usable product
Ideal for any situation where you need to manage business process especially where you need to limit access so that staff only see data/information relevant to them.
