Found very intuitive while using the IDP along with Appian process design for building the solution for one of the insurance companies in APAC. It was used to address to onboard new customers and provide services related to insurance and documents processing.

In the BPM space, there are a few areas that IBM BPM gives the flexibility to integrate different systems. Whereas in Cloud space [through] Appian has picked up, there are lot of features that Salesforce provide can be put in Appian
