Overall Satisfaction with Appian

attestations and validation for company policies (i.e. covid protocol and vaccine requirements). attestations prior to building entry.
  • easy to navigate
  • ability to detect user badges to auto populate vs. manual entry
  • its a needed product at this particular time.
I've not had any concerns with any escalations at this point. my role doesn't necessarily require escalation as I'm the user.
it's very easy to use and navigate for simple attestations for individuals within our organization.
much easier to navigate and design-centric.

it's particularly well suited for individual validation.
