Appian Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Kept well informed Quick Initial Response | Escalation required Need to explain problems multiple times |
Not Sure - Based on past experience, you may get what you need immediately if the support person is knowledgeable, or you give up after a few rounds Pingpang.
We used to have production issues related to performance, and it’s hard to trace and reproduce. One of Appian support has been following up all the time and helped diagnose the issues, and resolved issue at the end.
