Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate to help create new engaging training modules for both uptraining existing employees and training new employees. I also use it to create refresher courses reference material job aids and style guides for various admin functions.
Pros
- Interactivity
- Collaboration
- Increased engagement from the end user
Cons
- More freedom for image sizing and editing inside of rise
- AI for troubleshooting variables and triggers inside of storyline
- Collaboration space for multiple people to be in one project at the same time (like Microsoft 360 allows)
- Decreased training cost
- Decreased time it takes to get a new hire from hire to production floor
- Increased speed of refresher/upskill sessions
Primarily I use rise, storyline, and review. The ability to create engaging content by adding interactivity within training. Being able to post for review and get feedback through review before launching to end users has been critical to our team whether it be peer feedback or managerial feedback it has allowed our training to go to the next level and have more consistency
I haven’t had an opportunity to use AI assistant yet
Articulate is far more user friendly and faster to create content with its built in assets
