Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I primarily only use Storyline 360 due to the confidentiality requirement for my clients. Features I like are: the ease of use, the ability to customize it in so many ways, the ease of publishing and implementation, the help from the eLearning Heroes community. I also like the AI Assistant.

Cons

Working with tables can sometimes be clunky
Trigger verbiage can be challenging to understand
Cropping images sometimes behaves inconsistently when published

Return on Investment

Greatly helps with collecting data for hiring requirements
Increases trainee engagement
Reduced the need to print manuals eliminating printing costs

Comprehensive Platform

Adobe Captivate

Captivate is not as extensive with customization and is definitely not as user friendly.
