Overall Satisfaction with Asana
We use it for all our marketing organization and AB testing roadmaps. We also use it to organize people's work and keep teams up to date on current updates with specific projects and other things.
Pros
- Organization is great - and each project works very well.
- Team status updates are very helpful.
- Submission forms are very useful and help us loads.
Cons
- There aren't any ticket numbers to reference in other places.
- Email correspondence/aggregates/updates aren't always very helpful.
- It has made our work more efficient.
- Keeping everyone updated on projects has helped remove unnecessary email correspondence.
Asana is much better than both of these other options. Timelines and status updates are very integrated into the software and are easy to use.
