Asana.
Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Individuals and specific departments utilize Asana to track both individual and group tasks and projects. We haven't used it beyond basic task management. We also use the free version, so we don't have access to their full range of tools. Overall, it has served us well and is easy to use.
Pros
- Allows group collaboration.
- Ease of creating tasks from email.
- Recurring task creation and management.
Cons
- More robust recurrence options, ie, the last Monday of each month (rather than only the 4th Monday of each month).
- Ability to see subtasks in "my tasks" view.
- Helping us to care well for our congregation.
- Helping us to track and manage projects and tasks individually and as a group.
Asana is more robust than the others and stronger at group collaboration and project management.
