Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We use Asana for form requests, tracking projects and project management. The tool allows us to collaborate easier between teams.

Cons

  • Comments, need to be better time stamped.
  • The look and feel can also be better
  • Not as use friendly as it seems
  • Finishing projects on time
  • Better collaboration and communication across teams
  • Visibility into what the team is working on
It’s pretty easy to use, however there is a small learning curve, but to be able to really get the most out of Asana, there is a lot to learn and a steep learning curve.
Look and feel of monday.com is better, but Asana has more features and capabilities making it the better option.

Asana is a great tool for most companies and is one of the better project manager tools. However I do like the look of monday.com better, Asana has more features and customizations.
