Overall Satisfaction with Atera
We have used Atera within our IT department as a monitoring and ticketing system. The implementation was fast enough as the system does not require hardware resources as it is offered online and opens directly from the browser. After introducing this system, we made very detailed reports on our daily work which was not previously tracked.
Pros
- Real-time alert about IT infrastructure hardware resources.
- Ability to introduce customized scripts to be able to perform various scheduled IT processes.
- Very useful reporting for the job evaluation of the IT team.
Cons
- Synchronization with Active Directory would be very useful.
- The ability to group PCs by operating system or by model for more effective management.
- More security tools regarding the remote connection to the PC, the option to accept the connection by the customer is missing.
- It helped us understand the most frequent problems that directly affect our company's retail activities.
- The backup system has guaranteed us a continuity of activities without interruption.
We evaluated several ticketing systems, however, the monitoring option missing, the dashboards summarized the remote connection and many other tools that Atera currently offers.
