Overall Satisfaction with Atera
We had limited use of the software in our company but I trialed it for remote management solution for managing the 25 plus computers with some being offsite. We had issues with people not having the latest patches for windows and other software products that we used and needed a solution for these.

- The billing tool
- Everything in the cloud
- the other stuff is actually good and we did not feel it lacked anything
- We did not implement Atera as a paid version as the management did not approve it. They did not unfortunately think it was worth the money on a small company like ours.
I did find that Atera saved me quite a bit of time running around to individual devices and the server rooms to check for issues and manually patch the computers which were the primary reasons I was getting frustrated at.
Love the tool and would pitch it to the management later once again.

The remote management and remote access features were utilised quite a lot by me in the trial period and I absolutely loved the ease of use and management of everything. An absolute time saver I will say.
