Overall Satisfaction with Atera
So I use Atera primarily for RDP sessions to manage Platforms and Application related setup on client machines.
I also Use Atera for pushing PowerShell scripts to Windows Client and Servers for pushing changes approved by management.
The business problem in our case is Windows GPO, and Intune have some limitations if we want to push Granular changes to Windows machines. It needs to be done though either PowerShell/Bash scripting and it becomes hard to track which machine has received the script and which not.
This problem is solved by Atera with Monitoring and reporting I see which machines are being pushed with the script and which not.

Pros
- RDP Session management
- Script Pushing
- PAM integration
- Inventory management
Cons
- Reporting and analysis Dashboard Synchronization is inaccurate sometimes
- Occasionally I have to sign in multiple times and unsure why that happens
- Less frustration due to elimination of manual work.
- Need of less manpower for updating/upgrading.
- Easy of process due to Automation.
Atera has been used since last 2 years in our organization especially the client side. so I have no relevant data to compare how it was two years ago, but I can assume things are more easy and focused as of now compared to earlier methods.
Things like patching, Inventory management, Remote accessing, are much easier as of now.

It is live in our organization and it works along with Atera in our organization, however I have more trust on Atera due to its stability and ruggedness, so Atera is the only choice most of the IT dept works on.
I would not comment on the ManageEngine PAM solution as I have less experience on it.
