Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Atera is the ideal platform for me as a web developer as it offers features like ticketing, remote monitoring, automata, patch management and on top of it, the simple design makes using it and performing jobs a delight.

Pros

the ability to remotely access and control powershell
the ability to complete software inventory reports that can be easily exported
the automatic features of the platform helps us save more time

Cons

the shared script feature needs to be enhanced
some important options requires a full user license
the user interface in mobile phones needs some improvement

it allows you to quickly update and reset your devices
schedule and run scripts on many devices at once
ability to access the terminal remotely

Usability

Atera provides great value and with it's low cost pricing strategy, which costs for each technician, companies with low number of specialists are likely to very profitable.
