Overall Satisfaction with Atera
We use Atera as a MSP, we solve patching of all the end points. Atera is a product which addresses Windows. IOS, and Linux. We use Remote monitoring to monitor the end point health. I can say its a All in one IT management platform. Its very light and easy to deploy

As i told you earlier, we use RMM & patch management feature, we want device management, MDM, and remote wiping as well as network discovery. so we use multiple tools to address our client requirement
- Freshdesk, Microsoft Intune, Hexnode UEM and Skyhigh Security Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP)
