Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence

We use Confluence, across the whole organization, in our day to day collaboration practice to maximize productivity.
  • In a nutshell, Confluence:
  • Provides a centralized repo for all sort of documents ranging from Requirements tracking, Design discussion, Decision making, Road maps, Reports etc.
  • Solves greatly the challenge of working with different timezones across global teams.
  • Saves considerable amount of time avoiding less important of meetings, hence maximize productivity.
  • Advance features like Space sharing, Macros, Layout designing, Integration with other Atlassian tools, empowers you to write better and more meaningful content.
  • Solves the "blank page syndrome" by letting you choose preexisting "Blueprints" OR you can write your own.
  • Got me thinking, right at the moment only the pricing when compared to other CMS.
  • No fear of missing out discussions, requirements, road maps.
  • Definitely increased overall team efficiency and productivity.
  • For leads, improved upon teaming.
Of course Confluence is feature rich.
Confluence fits well for our need, we love Atlassian and migration is always expensive in terms of time, efforts and leaning.
It's an intuitive fit for global teams working on different time zones for effective networking and collaboration. Smaller teams at times struggle to manage their content as they grow bigger, it makes sense to have data structured and safe than to lose it.
