Atlassian Confluence is used as our knowledge base repository for all things related to our work, processes, and projects.
- Documentation and web authoring
- Page hierarchy
- Structure and UX
- Could embed videos better
- Allow for other image formats to be integrated into Atlassian Confluence
- Saving and publishing page can be fiddly
- Web authoring - they do this well
- Highly responsive tool and integrates well with other products we use
- Responsive across desktop/mobile platforms
- No longer need to use Microsoft word
- Version control saves us a lot of time
It integrates well with other SAAS products and has been our industry standard for all projects that we're involved in.
