Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Atlassian Confluence is used as a documentation platform for the different projects that are being worked on by each of the employees in the company. This contains the important project details that needs to be communicated to project members. This also serves as an editing platform as this has version control and is very user-friendly with the option to have parallel editing.

Usability

Overall usability is very good and efficient. Almost all of the features I'm currently using are utilized well with minimal issues that can be resolved by just refreshing browsers. This helps overall team output and provides a better look on what the tasks at hand are. Atlassian Confluence also provides many more options to explore that people can be expert at.

Alternatives Considered

Atlassian Jira and Airtable

In my experience, Atlassian Confluence is at the top of these tools. I've had first hand experience with other tools and they are not at par with Atlassian Confluence. The versatility of the tool is very well recognized and utilized. Being a new user is not a probably as all the features are straight forward and can be learned easily.

Atlassian Confluence is best-suited for big teams. This is a very good collaboration tool that can be accessed by different team members. This also helps communication and documentation to avoid mishaps and miscommunication between teams and members. In my experience, our team consists of 10 members and we can all document different information from different projects at the same time.
