Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence

Atlassian Confluence is the perfect place for documentation, it has our component docs, strategy docs to whatever is needed at an organization level. From my QA perspective it has our test strategy, test plan, the development and deployment plans. The component guides, the training plan and programs, references to achievements and others

It is so easy to use and manage, with a blink of an eye you can create a new page and template and use the resources inside it. Nesting and moving content is way easy. The documentation can be downloaded and exported in a PDF format. Tasks can be easily assigned to people with email notifications.
Atlassian Confluence is way popular for a larger team and makes collaboration way easier. The community is strong and you get easier resolution against any request. It's integration with other Atlassian products like JIRA is an icing on the cake.

Atlassian Confluence is well suited: 1. Documentation is extensive and needs to be shared within a huge team 2. Exporting and sending as PDF 3. One place for all the documentation needs. 4. Formatting features w.r.t Rich text, tables and dynamic elements. 5. AI based summary for huge pages. 6. Commenting and assigning tasks to team Where it is less appropriate: 1. Huge pages stack one below the other, unlike the powerpoint. 2. Individual licenses
