Avalara is being used by my clients and myself to prepare and file returns.

Software is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
I love the exemption certificate process and ease. I like that customers can be emailed to get exemption certificates from them.
I have noticed that the sales tax rates not always current with Vertex but they are in Avalara.
Great when clients are assessing risks and filing requirements in multiple states. Ease of use with tax rates for multiple jurisdictions.
