Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
Currently, we use Avalara for knowledge base and article reference. We attend multiple webinars to remain compliant regarding Resale Certs and state nexus. We also have the Salesforce application integrator which we are currently navigating thru with our reps. We use them on a daily basis for reference and guidance for compliance issues. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and customer service orientated.

CertCapture has allowed for better organization and reference when audited
We have used SOVOS and they are archaic compared to Avalara. Their customer service was sales focused and unable to assist with reporting issues that their reports were populating as results for State figures. Would recommend a switch ASAP to anyone thinking about the two.
