Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We have our own internal installation team so we purchase box goods from AVI-SPL. Our rep. has been quick in communications, they've also proven to be knowledgeable in recommending alternatives. In the few times we've had an incorrect model drop-shipped, Our rep. has been quick to rectify the situation with minimal impact on our projects and workflows. They've also proven to consistently be the lowest bidder in our large-scale projects.
