Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

I use AVI-SPL to purchase SMART Boards for use with classroom instruction. These stand alone interactive boards are used to deliver content & to engage students. We have them throughout our K-12 school environment and also use them during presentations to faculty as well as families.

Pros

  • Our sales rep responds in a timely manner.
  • She listens to our needs and offers solutions.
  • She makes me feel like we are a team working in the best interest of my school.

Cons

  • I would like AVI-SPL to offer SMART software purchasing as well as hardware.
  • Reduced total cost of ownership
  • Allowed us to equip more classrooms with SMART technology
I have never contacted support.
Having SMART interactive Boards has allowed us to conduct meetings, run virtual/hybrid classes with full engagement of participants.

My AVI rep is responsive and helpful. She knows schools and is willing to work with you to recommend options your budget to get the technology hardware that you need. I have also taken advantage of the virtual training that AVI-SPL offers. This was tailored to our needs as a school and a good support for my teachers.
