Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since we have an in-house AV team that handles about 99% of all AV related work, we primarily buy equipment from AVI-SPL. There have been a few occasions where we've used their design/installation services when we didn't have the bandwidth internally to handle the workload.

I used to have issues getting fast responses for equipment quotes but now we have our own account manager. She is absolutely awesome and we all consider her part of our team. By far the best vendor partner we've ever worked with. We all love [...]!
There are times when we just don't have enough installation techs to handle many projects at once. It would be great if AVI-SPL had labor resources that we could call in to augment our staff on these occasions. Just having a few extra skilled hands that we could manage along with our internal staff would be a great help when we need it.

Return on Investment

We brought AVI-SPL in to install the AV in a new building. It was a large project that we just didn't have the bandwidth to handle on our own while also installing system in another building. We got both projects done at the same time and did not have to delay either project go-live.
The fast turnaround time on quote requests is so helpful. It helps us stay on track and reduces the time we have to spend putting projects together. A huge time and cost saver. When it comes to finding prices on a piece of equipment [...] is almost as fast as google.

Employee Productivity

AVI-SPL helped us install conference room systems across an entire new building while we were working on other projects. They did a great job. All these new conference rooms have Cisco video systems in them which really helps our staff stay connected to colleagues outside the office or in other buildings. Staff travel times have been greatly reduced.

Purchasing equipment from AVI-SPL is perfectly seamless. They do so much more than just box sales but I think they do this better than most large equipment vendors. Due to us having our own internal team we're less inclined to use AVI-SPL for design & installation work but if/when we need help AVI-SPL is the first and only partner we call.
