x360Recover met 100% of our requirements for D2C and Local Appliance failover. It's proven in the field and the cost is very reasonable. The feature set is rich and support is right there when you have a critical issue! It's extremely important to be able to speak with an engineer if there is a critical issue impacting a client. Not just a ticket opener but someone that can investigate and resolve the issue. I can tell you that on the rare occasion when we open a critical ticket the issue is addressed immediately.
