Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
We use Basecamp across our team to manage all of our projects, workflows and to manage our outside vendors and partners. It is our day-to-day project management system which allows us to keep our remote team on the same page and on track with project deadlines.
- Project Cards allow for nice organization
- Team Collaboration/Views
- Good way to organize docs/files
- Doesn't offer high level views of all projects
- Would love it it was able to show entire company/team workflow
- You have to make all changes by project cards, which adds extra work rather than global changes
- It has allowed us to reduce costs on a full time project management role
- It has allowed us to keep up to date with client work
- It has increased efficiency while our team became fully remote
Trello, Gantify. We selected Basecamp because we liked the card system, even though it was lacking some of the other features we liked from other platforms.
