Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
Basecamp helps keep projects on track and organized so you are agile and can respond quickly, which is essential in public relations. Basecamp allows visibility company-wide so it is easy to see where projects are in the process and where files are located. You are also able to share items with clients so you are not duplicating work. You can set up auto-reminders to make sure you aren't missing a weekly activity and it alerts you when a comment is made in a project you are invested in.

- I would love to be able to have projects under teams
- It would be great to be able to have a card from an external team in the deck from an internal team instead of having to log into both separately
- Saves time by allowing for greater organization
- The team stays on top of to-do items so nothing falls through the cracks and keeps clients happy which creates additional business opportunities
- Allowing for templates to be created so you already have a head start on the project saves time and money
Both programs are good. We went with the one that most people on the team felt comfortable with so we would have the most buy-in. I also like the continual updates and feedback Basecamp takes to heart. Basecamp also has some functionality that met the needs of the organization better,
