Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use it for our online marketplace as well as use apps that work with BigCommerce. We were already using online marketplaces in other places, but wanted one to represent our brand in our own way. Overall we like the experience of using the UI as well as the customer service on BigCommerce's end.

I feel like it is good for medium and under sized companies. So there is a good amount to grow.
We use one of the APIs to have a loyalty program for our customers using reward points when ordering.
Shopify seemed a little on the smaller side compared to BigCommerce.
It is good for medium to smaller companies for an online marketplace.
