Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
My partner and I run a home business selling bondage rope via BC, eBay & Amazon. It provides me with a user-friendly way to create and manage my e-commerce presence by myself with minimal effort. All channels are integrated via Linnworks which provides a single interface for order processing, stock, and postage.

- The promised ability for UK users to create/manage listings on Amazon and eBay. This has yet to arrive but we still pay the same as US customers which I believe has this.
- Ability to set exceptions to free postage with shipping by location on a specific item e.g. set free courier for UK but have different courier rates for non-UK.
- Integration with Royal Mail OBA for postage.
- Very positive. Most of my business now comes through BC without the selling fees of 3rd party channels.
- It appears to perform well in searches.
- I find the reporting very useful, e.g visitors, conversion rate.
- Not aware of any negatives.

We have added a couple of apps, e.g. Upsell, cart recovery. We also pull data into ConvertKit for marketing. We use Zapier for integrations with other s/w but have yet to explore it with BC.
I looked at the usual suspects, e.g. Shopify, Magento. BC seems easier and offered a very attractive fee structure and entry point. I often suggest it to friends considering e-commerce or using 3rd party channels.
