Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is used as our retail store's website. Listing products was easy and simple to use. Navigation of the backend was quite easy and intuitive as well.
- Easy navigation of the backend.
- No coding experience necessary.
- Very customizable.
- We hit various limits on product options. These were not plan limits, but were limits that BigCommerce could not adjust for us.
- Customer support was a little bit on the slow side - nothing major though.
- BigCommerce really helped get our e-commerce sales off the ground.
- It allowed us to create a clean, intuitive site without any coding experience.

I selected BigCommerce over competitors as the pricing seemed right for the options I received. BigCommerce seemed to have the best features and provided the best features.
