Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce is used to bring our products to the world. Its ease of use allows up to keep up to date with product offerings. The integration with other platforms is quite seamless.
  • Staying on top of updates and changes.
  • Customer service and help are quick and efficient.
  • Constantly improving their platform.
  • Listening to end-users to improve.
  • Cart level discounts are a bit clunky and overlap with other sales.
  • Setting up products can be tedious.
  • No ability to sell in increments other that 1-2-3 (no decimal place availability).
  • Allowed a way for more people to find us.
  • Clean and dynamic site interface.
  • Constant improvements.

There are a few things that are limiting, but overall it's a great platform.
We interface with Infusionsoft and it makes tracking customer purchases a breeze.
BC has more to offer and upgraded constantly. The improvements and listening to their users impresses me.
Fairly easy to use and robust. Not great if you sell increments (like fabrics where a consumer will want to order 1.5 yards).
