Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce platform has been a big part of allowing us to make a ecommerce website that allows our customers to shop with ease, while help us control how much overhead we have. Unlike over ecommerce platforms, BigCommerce doesn't have fees that are charged when you sell your products. In there app store they have many good developers that offer apps that also aid in a successful function of an ecommerce store. BigCommerce customer support has been easy to reach out to when needed.

We see BigCommerce working towards making their platform the number 1 go to platform for anyone interested or needing a good ecommerce platform to build on. There tiered system allows your business to grow as it moves up the tiers based on total sales of the previous year.
We currently have our inventory done through API's using Spark Shipping and our vendors login credentials to live stream inventory directly to our website, as well as submitting orders to each vendor.
I find BigCommerce easy to use from a non computer person stand point. It was easy to quickly get adjusted to and what they charge for building and running a website far surpassed there competitors.

This is a easy platform to use with any computer experience level. I did not have a background in anything computer related and I had my ecommerce store up and running in 2-3 months with a little time and getting a feel for how BigCommerce works. Most apps that can be uploaded have coding already done for you, so there isn't any worries about doing any of that. Of there is some coding required, it usually comes with detailed instructions and a copy and paste code.
