Powerful Platform, lots of capabilities!

We utilize BigCommerce daily, it's where we manage our companies website. BigCommerce is great for adding products, managing customer accounts, posting company updates & even running various promotions / sales. This in turn is where our customers place orders, reference pricing, past orders, & past quotes. BigCommerce is great for keeping things organized amongst our company along with keeping our customer's records organized.

As mentioned in the prior question, we really utilize google analytics heavily to understand our customers / potential customers - What we learn from these analytics is this: -How they discover our site (link, social media, by chance, etc.) -What Search queries & keywords are ranking high -We can recognize trends (for example, these past two months we have seen an increase in knit liners (gloves typically used as an underlayer to another glove) - By knowing that, we have listed even more knit gloves to appeal to more customers / have a better chance at potential customers finding us as with more options, there are also more search results!
